PROPANE
DELIVERY INFORMATION AND REQUEST
We look forward
to fulfilling your propane needs. All deliveries are done on a route system and
by request. We do not look for "I need service" signs as is done in
other RV parks or by other delivery companies. We feel that we can provide you
with more dependable and accurate service by knowing who and how many delivery
calls we will have that day, and not by being surprised or overwhelmed by
un-expected requests during the day. Please feel free to contact this office at
any time at (951) 845-8800; we will be happy to answer your questions and look
forward to hearing from you. Except in special circumstances, it is strongly
recommended that you DO NOT contact the delivery driver, who is overworked,
cranky, underpaid, and always un-appreciated. He is most often busy enough trying
to satisfy prior requests for service, please leave him alone.
SERVICES AND
PRODUCTS THAT WE OFFER:
•Propane delivery service to Park Model RVs with 25 gallon or 50 gallon tanks, and Motor Homes
• Rental of
50 gallon tanks to permanent and/or qualifying RV park residents
• Sale of
25 and 50 gallon tanks, regulators, and hoses
• Repair
and re-qualification of all propane tanks
• Propane related service work
HOW TO REQUEST
DELIVERY:
1. Check for day(s) of
delivery by calling our office at (951) 845-8800
2. You may request delivery by
calling our office at (951) 845-8800 by 3:00 pm the day prior to delivery.
3. When calling our office to
request delivery, be prepared to leave your name, your park and space number,
and your contact telephone number. We return all calls. Your phone number must
be the number we can contact you, regardless of cellular or landline, local or
out of state (Canadian OK, European not OK).
4. All requests are acknowledged.
If we do not acknowledge your request, we did not receive your request. We are
not responsible for "fathom" calls, "late" calls,
"forgot to..." calls, "line was busy" calls, and
"meant to" calls.

Do to the nature and our style of delivery patterns; we purposely DO NOT supply
time of delivery. We cannot anticipate how long each delivery will be before
yours. Someone will be first, someone will be last, and everyone else will be
in between. Please be patient and wait, or follow the procedure below if you cannot
be home.
6. Payment may be made by cash
or check (local or out-of state, US funds only) and is expected at time of
delivery, each time. If you are unable to pay at time of delivery, you must
supply the requested information on this form and sign this agreement. And
agree to a convenience fee of $3.00 that is charged to all non COD deliveries
to do the accounting and processing. Payment can then be made by mailing a check or money order,
or contacting our office at (951) 845-8800.

We deliver all day to shortly past sundown. If you did not receive a delivery,
most likely we overbooked and we will be there the following morning. Please
feel free to contact us if you did not receive a delivery.

Customers are expected to check their own tanks. It is much easier for 1000
people to check 1000 tanks than it is for one person to check 1000 tanks. If
you request a delivery, and are unable to take delivery of at least 10 gallons,
you must pay for 10 gallons, or $10.00 for checking your tank.
AGREEMENT TO
DELIVER PROPANE:
1. I agree to request for delivery by 3:00 pm
the day prior to deliver.
2. I agree there is a ten gallon minimum per
tank when delivery is made to motor homes and units having large tanks.
3.
I agree that all deliveries to me are Cash on Delivery (COD) every time.
I agree to furnish the information below, every time, for every delivery.
4. I agree to pay a $3.00 "convenience fee" per non-COD deliveries; I understand this fee covers the time and expense of accounting for non . COD transactions.
5. I understand that there is a $4.75 surcharge
per delivery; this fee covers the various permits and fees to various federal,
state, county, and local government agencies imposed upon A.C. Propane Co. to
be able to deliver and sell propane to me.
6. I agree that in the event that I requested
propane delivery service, and it is determined by the delivery driver that I do
not need propane or that I cannot accept the minimum of ten gallons, and that no
delivery of propane can be made at this time, I will pay a $10.00 flat service
fee.
7. I authorize the management of this RV Park
to release information about me to A.C. Propane Co. and/or agents so that they
may contact me regarding any unpaid invoices that I may have with A.C. Propane
Co.

I understand that the people at A.C. Propane Co. are human beings, and the
delivery person is also a human being; and that human beings make mistakes.
Thus, if for some strange and unforeseen reason, I do not receive my delivery
on the day as agreed to, I will contact A.C. Propane Co to re-schedule my
delivery for the next scheduled delivery day.
9. I understand that there is a substantial and
expensive fee for delivery of propane and/or services for non-scheduled days
and/or times; and that this fee varies greatly upon the circumstances and
abilities of A.C. Propane Company.
10. I understand that if I wish to
receive deliveries on an ongoing process, that I can contact A.C. Propane to
make other arrangements for payment, however I am always required to pay the
$3.00 convenience fee if I am able to pay upon delivery.
