Heritage Ranch is for happy R.V. Living. For those independent, fun loving adults (55 & over), who have found the carefree R.V. Lifestyle a wonderful way to go; and particularly for those who enjoy living year-round in recreational vehicles and want a secure, quality community, where they can OWN without the worry of renting.

You own your own lot, with a typical size of 37' X 50'. All lots will accommodate Park Model units. All utilities are ready to hook up, including telephone and cable TV. Private mail boxes are accessible 24 hours a day. Minimum length permitted for any R.V. Unit is 24'.

All facilities and common areas are owned by the community association. The association, through it's elected Board of Directors and appointed committees, operate the park community within the framework of the Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions. Lot owners have a voice in management, budgets, and maintenance policy through the Board of Directors which they elect. Every lot owner pays a modest monthly assessment as a member of the community association.

Heritage Ranch covers 28 plus acres in the town of San Jacinto. To the east are the majestic snowcapped peaks of the San Jacinto range. Just 4 miles from downtown Hemet, Heritage Ranch has 385 R.V. Lots that are carefully located around a charming Early California style clubhouse and recreation area.

For the court sports, there are indoor shuffleboard courts. The clubhouse has a 50' X 70' ball room with a specially constructed floating dance floor. The card room, billiard room, arts/crafts room, library and lovely lounge with a fireplace and big screen TV, all can be found at the clubhouse. Also a large country kitchen is fully equipped with a commercial range and refrigerator. A clean and spacious laundry room, plus ladies' and men's rest rooms, complete with showers, are found by our outdoor pool. The surrounding area offers many activities such as golf courses, fishing, square dancing, shopping and restaurants.
