1. Items for the newsletter may be handed in at the office or deposited in the office slot. You  may also deliver them to Jan or submit them at the bottom of this page directly to Jan via email.

2. Deadline for all articles is the 25th of each month. NO EXCEPTIONS

3. All items should show the month to appear. The article must be signed and include your title.

4.Articles MUST be in writing; NO telephone calls to supply articles for the newsletter.

5. No personal messages or comments will be permitted, except thank you notes or items of interest to almost everyone. Jan (Editor) will make the final decision on all articles, but will notify you if your article isn't being used and why.

6. Anyone not wanting your Birthday or Anniversary to show on our website just needs to call Jan. It will be removed before posting the newsletter on the website.
